A user's use of this Website is subject to his/her irrevocable acceptance without modification of these Terms of Use, the Business Terms of Use, and our Data Policy. In order to use this website a user agrees to use this Website in accordance with all of the aforementioned Terms of Use, the Business Terms of Use, and our Data Policy

AdventureRepubliq reserves the right to change the content, structure, functionalities of the Booking Platform, including suspending in full or partially the Website, or blocking access to visitors/users of the Website in partial or in full, without any notice, at any point in time, and with immediate effect. AdventureRepubliq shall be the owner and proprietor of all information published on AdventureRepubliq.com, including customer reviews, product, and supplier information. All or any such information may not be used or distributed by any persons including users and suppliers, without obtaining in writing the consent of AdventureRepubliq.

Whenever having visited the Booking Platform the users shall always be legally bound by the Terms of Use.

For booking services via the Website, the Business Terms of Use and the Terms of Business of Operators and Customers, as well as the additional conditions of suppliers, shall apply.

If you are an Operator and a booking is requested for your Tour via the Services, either you or AdventureRepubliq acting as the Operator's agent, will be required to either confirm or reject the booking, using your internal reservation system or staff, within the specified timeframe (which is generally within 24-48 hours of when the booking is requested, as determined by AdventureRepubliq in its sole discretion) or the booking request may be automatically cancelled. If you are unable to confirm or decide to reject a booking of a Tour within the specified timeframe, any amounts collected by AdventureRepubliq for the requested booking will be refunded to the applicable Traveller's credit card and any pre-authorization of such credit card will be released. When a booking is requested via the Services, we may share with you the first name, last name and contact email address of the Traveller who has requested the booking.

The deposit displayed on the booking page is generally based on the Operator's Terms as outlined on the booking page. Where applicable, Taxes may be charged in addition to the Tour Cost. The Tour Cost and applicable Taxes are collectively referred to in these Terms as the "Total Cost". The amounts due and payable by a Traveller solely relating to an Operator's Tour are the " Tour Cost". Please note that it is the Operator and not AdventureRepubliq which determines the Tour Cost. AdventureRepubliq will collect the deposit and/or the total cost at the time of booking confirmation (i.e. when the Operator confirms the booking within the specified timeframe) acting on behalf of the Operator. The Balance of Payment (defined as the Total Cost minus the deposit) will be payable directly based on the Payment Terms as stated by the Operator on the booking page. Operators understand and agree that once a Traveller has received a booking confirmation number, the price for such booking may not be altered.

The Operator hereby appoints AdventureRepubliq as the Operator's agent to facilitate the booking of Tours. The Operator will make the Tour available to Traveller in the agreed-upon manner as described in their Listing. In accepting appointment as the authorised agent of the Operator, AdventureRepubliq assumes no liability for any acts or omissions of the Operator. You acknowledge and agree that AdventureRepubliq reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to introduce and collect other fees from you in accordance with the Modification Section of these Terms. Please note that AdventureRepubliq will provide notice of new fees via the Services, prior to implementing such new features.

The Operators, not AdventureRepubliq, are solely responsible for honouring any confirmed bookings and making available any Group Tours reserved through the Services. You acknowledge that the availability and price of a Tour can change any time until you have received a booking confirmation number. If you, as a Traveller, choose to enter into a transaction with an Operator for the booking of a Tour, you agree and understand that you will be required to enter into an agreement (including releases) with the Operator and you agree to accept any terms, conditions, rules and restrictions associated with such Tour imposed by the Operator. You acknowledge and agree that AdventureRepubliq is a party to the agreement only as the agent to the Operator. With the exception of its obligations hereunder, AdventureRepubliq disclaims all liability arising from or related to any such agreements. Any Deposit or Balance of Payment is due as stated within the Operators Terms contained in the Booking Page.

The Booking Page for a Tour will specify the Total Cost. As noted above the Operator is required to either confirm or reject the booking within the specified timeframe (which is generally within 24-48 hours of when the booking is requested, as determined by AdventureRepubliq in its sole discretion) or the requested booking will be automatically cancelled. If a requested booking is cancelled (i.e. not confirmed by the applicable Operator), any amounts collected by AdventureRepubliq will be refunded to such Traveller, depending on the selections the Traveller makes via the Site and Application, and any pre-authorization of such Traveller's credit card will be released, if applicable.

You agree to pay AdventureRepubliq acting on behalf of the Operator for the Total Cost for any booking requested in connection with your AdventureRepubliq Account if such requested bookings are confirmed by the applicable Operator. In order to establish a booking pending the applicable Operator's confirmation of your requested booking, you understand and agree that AdventureRepubliq reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (i) obtain a pre-authorization via your credit card for either the Deposit or Total Cost or (ii) charge your credit card a nominal amount, not to exceed one hundred Rs or one Dollar (USD 1), or a similar sum in the currency in which you are transacting (e.g. one Euro or one British Pound) to verify your credit card. Once you receive confirmation of your booking from the applicable Operator, AdventureRepubliq will collect the Total Cost Payment in accordance with the terms and conditions of these Terms and the pricing terms set forth in the applicable Listing acting on behalf of the Operator. Please note that AdventureRepubliq cannot control any fees that may be charged to a Traveller by his or her bank related to AdventureRepubliq collection of the Total Cost, and AdventureRepubliq disclaims all liability in this regard.

In connection with your requested booking, you will be asked to provide customary billing information such as name, billing address and credit card information to either AdventureRepubliq acting on behalf of the Operator or its third party payment processor. You agree to pay AdventureRepubliq for any confirmed bookings made in connection with your AdventureRepubliq Account in accordance with these Terms by one of the methods as may be described on the Site or Application – e.g. by credit card. You hereby authorize the collection of such amounts by charging the credit card provided as part of requesting the booking, either directly by AdventureRepubliq or indirectly, via a third party online payment processor or by one of the other payment methods as may be described on the Site or Application. If you are directed to AdventureRepubliq's third-party payment processor, you may be subject to terms and conditions governing the use of that third party's service and that third party's personal information collection practices. Please review such terms and conditions and privacy policy before using the services. Once your confirmed booking transaction is complete you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your confirmed booking.

Users should note that AdventureRepubliq does not warrant or endorse the information published on this Website will be error free and in using this Website the users acknowledge that the Product details and all other information, including but not limited to supplier information, customer information, and other information published on the AdventureRepubliq may include errors, inaccuracies, mistranslations, and/or typographical errors.

All information published on AdventureRepubliq including but not limited to customer reviews, company reviews, supplier information, product information, blog articles and other types of information published on AdventureRepubliq, are the sole ownership and property of AdventureRepubliq. All or any such information may not be used or distributed by any persons including users and suppliers, without obtaining in writing the consent of AdventureRepubliq.

All the user bookings made on the booking platform are made with the supplier offering the Product or services in question and not with AdventureRepubliq. AdventureRepubliq only facilitates the making of the reservations with the suppliers of Products and sometimes the payment. AdventureRepubliq is not a party to the contract between a user as a customer and the supplier of the Product and therefore we have no responsibility or liability to any user with respect of use and enjoyment of the products and services as provided by the supplier, nor any consequence thereof, either directly or indirectly.

1. You confirm and undertake to AdventureRepubliq that you will not use this Website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose made unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use or any other law for the time being in force or international treaty or convention.
2. You confirm and undertake that you are of prescribed legal age to use this Website and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result from the use of this Website. You further understand that you are financially responsible for the use of this Website by you and those using your log-in information.

Upon requesting to make a booking of a Product with a supplier the credit card of the user making the booking will be charged. However, if the supplier does not accept the booking within 48 hours the charged amount will be credited back to the same source account from which it was debited.

When making a booking, AdventureRepubliq charges the full payment upfront for some Products and for other Products AdventureRepubliq charges a nominal deposit after which the remaining payment is required to be made to the supplier directly upon arrival, or to AdventureRepubliq before the Products start date.

If a user fails to pay for the booked Product or service or if the credit card authorisation is revoked, in such like events the claim of the user to receive the Product is deemed null and void and the. Such instance shall be regarded as a cancellation and the cancellation policy stated below shall govern the same

After payment, the user is responsible for showing up at the specified start date and time. In case the user does not show up, this shall be regarded as a no-show, and full payment shall still be made to the supplier. Cancellation is not possible after the start date and time.

Our Website may contain hyperlinks to other websites operated by third parties. Such hyperlinks are provided for the user's reference only. AdventureRepubliq does not control such websites and nor takes any responsibility for their content. The inclusion of hyperlinks on this Website to such other websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or any association with their operators.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to create a "hypertext" link to the home page of this Website provided that such link does not portray AdventureRepubliq or any of its other products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise defamatory manner. This limited right may be revoked at any time for any reason whatsoever. If a user has accepted to receive our newsletter or other updates by us, we reserve the right to send such users regular updates about Products, offers, news and other pieces of information. This acceptance is revocable by the user at any time.

All information published on AdventureRepubliq, irrespective of whether such information has been received from customers or suppliers of AdventureRepubliq, including but not limited to customer reviews, company reviews, supplier information, product information, blog articles and other types of information published on AdventureRepubliq, is the sole ownership and property of AdventureRepubliq. All or any such information may not be used or distributed by any persons including users and suppliers, without obtaining in writing the consent of AdventureRepubliq. Failure to adhere to this requirement is a criminal offence, punishable by law.

When a user registers an account all information submitted through such account including but not limited to full name, profile picture, date of birth, credit card data etc will be stored on our servers. Please note, however, that should a user choose their credit card information will not be stored on our servers. However, the same may or may not be stored by the payment gateway to process secure payments of Products and other services. Users are advised to refer to the terms and conditions of the payment gateway in case of any doubt or query. AdventureRepubliq explicitly excludes any liability for the actions or failures of such payment gateway provider.

When creating an account you are giving AdventureRepubliq permission for online communication including allowing us to send our email newsletter or other electronic newsletters. You can at any time unsubscribe from such newsletters.

AdventureRepubliq shall in no way be liable to a user in the event that a supplier or Product is not suitable for their purpose. These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pathankot Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Users, suppliers and we agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of a state court located in Pathankot for any actions for which the parties retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation or violation of a party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
